The students of Grade 4 and 5 from Delhi World Public School participated in an exciting and energetic physical education session where they performed a variety of AVC (Agility, Balance, and Coordination) exercises on the ground. These exercises are designed to develop essential motor skills, enhance fitness, and promote overall physical development in a fun and engaging way.
The session began with a warm-up that included light jogging, stretching, and jumping jacks to get their muscles ready. Following this, the students enthusiastically took part in different AVC ground drills.
